Double Trouble!

What a pair...Ayla and her cousin, Kennedy! This is what they did at Garrett's party!

Garrett's B-day Party

We had Garrett's 8th Birthday party at the skating rink...it was great! I didn't have to do anything but bring cupcakes. I didn't have to clean up anything, play any games, or do anything else that goes into having a birthday party. The best part about it was that the kids all loved it and had so much fun. It was so cute watching them try to figure out how to roller skate. I remember when I was young and had my birthday party there...hadn't changed one bit. I swear they even have the same skates from when I was there!

First Day of School!

Garrett had his first day of second grade today. He was excited to get back and see his friends but not so excited to have mom taking his pictures. I also made him get a picture with his cousins Jacob, Payton, and Joshua. I can't believe how big he is getting! Taryn starts kindergarten next week.

First Day of School!

Well Kelden had his first day of preschool today...he couldn't wait to go until he got there! First off he wasn't happy that he was suppose to put all of his school supplies in baskets for everyone to share...he thought they were his and they should stay in his backpack. Second he wanted to wear a hat to school and once we got there I told him he had to put it in his backpack until after school since hats weren't allowed at school...that didn't go well either! Third he didn't want me to leave...it was so sad when I finally did. He was crying so hard, I left him though. As hard as it was and he calmed down eventually. When I picked him up he told me he cried cuz he wanted me... but he liked school. I asked him if tomorrow he was going to be a big boy and not cry. He said, "Mom why do you want me to be a big boy?!" So to say the least this week will definately be an adjustment for Keldy.

Poor Macy!

Back to Ayla being into EVERYTHING...A couple weeks ago I came out of the bathroom to find Ayla rubbing conditioner all over the cat (she thought it was lotion). Well let's just say this happened 3 different times in a week period. Well a couple days ago I found her like this...with the shower door shut. She decided to wash the kitty and herself with shampoo. The weird thing is that Macy lets her do it. I finally got smart and put up the shampoo and conditioner up where she couldn't reach it!

Girly Girl?

Well we all know Peanut isn't a girly girl...but maybe Ayla? It's hard to tell still. She loves to put on jewelry and shoes. She is always getting into my make-up and lotions. One of her first first words was lipstick. But it could just be that she just loves to get into EVERYTHING!
